During your session with Amy she will guide you in a variety of clearing and affirmation statements to help you release blockages, heal wounds, awaken your inherent potential, and align with your truth-unique to your personal intention. She often offers "homework" assignments to help you continue your healing process on your own.
An MP3 download of your session can be purchased for a fee of $20. Many clients find this a helpful post-session resource since so much is covered in each session. If you are interested in this option please indicate this when you schedule your appointment.
Sessions are offered in-person at One Yoga Studio on Sundays.
Phone sessions are available at a variety of additional times.
