Are you looking for an advanced exploration in yoga? Join Amy on Thursday mornings for a slow, deep, rich asana practice that will challenge and expand your body-mind awareness. Through mindful-meditative movement, intentional core engagement, and purposeful breathing you'll break through barriers that have kept you "stuck" executing your postures in habitual and limiting ways and learn to transform your practice from the inside-out. Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation are often incorporated into the beginning and/or end of this class.
