Private sessions with Amy are powerful, transformative, and informative.
As a highly-skilled intuitive she is able to see beyond physical reality into the more subtle realms of existence and illuminate what is keeping you from being in alignment with your most authentic self and living your most magnificent life. Utilizing this information she then helps you get back on "purpose" by guiding you in a variety of clearing and affirmation statements that allow you to release blockages, heal old wounds, awaken your inherent potential, and align with your truth--unique to your personal intention. Additionally, Amy often offers "homework" to help you continue your healing process on your own.

An MP3 download of your session can be purchased for a fee of $20. Many clients find this a helpful post-session resource since so much is covered in each session. If you are interested in this option please indicate this when you schedule your appointment.
Sessions are offered in-person at One Yoga Studio on Sundays and periodically during the week (inquire with Amy).
Phone sessions are available at a variety of additional times.
