  • Learn Navigating the 6 Levels of Existence: A Structure for Facilitating Yourself and Others Inward to Heal and ways to use it when practicing yoga therapy with others
  • Deepen your connection to your own inner teacher and healer through asana, pranayama, visualization, and meditation practice
