Vinyasa 2-3

It begins with a restorative heart opener (supported fish pose--you'll need a big book or a yoga block) to open the heart followed with a challenging vinyasa that includes balancing poses "the dancer" and "eagle in a tree". Enjoy!

Vinyasa 2-3

10.24.11, 75 minutes long It's October and we are detoxing! During this special class you'll explore an array of detoxifying postures that will help you transition into fall with ease including half moon, eagle, a couple of twists, and good old alternate nostril breathing. Ooh-Ahhhhhh.

Vinyasa 1-2

9.7.11, 60 minutes long Enjoy this easy-going vinyasa class that includes a good mix of standing postures, the "dancer" standing balance, and wheel pose to top it off!

Vinyasa 1-2

7.25.11, 75 minutes long Enjoy some good hip opening, camel pose, and bridge/wheel pose.

Yin Yang Yoga

4.27.11, 60 minutes long Warm-up with vinyasa practice and cool down with restorative. You'll need wall space, a bolster (or two rolled up blankets), a blanket, and a block (or a really thick book).
