February Meltdown!

Come out of hiding and reveal yourself...

We've had an interesting winter so far. The little bit of snow that has accumulated is slowly disappearing and along with it, the beautiful white and pristine-looking landscape. Everything just looks dirty (along with my white dog when we get back from our walks).

As messy as it can get during a Meltdown, there is something strikingly beautiful about it at the same time. You see, a meltdown is the initiator of massive transformation. It reveals realness, authenticity, and honesty. It reveals “what is”.

Do you ever notice that when you come into contact with a crabby, judgmental, angry, or unconscious person that you shut down? If you are self-aware in the moment you may feel your impulse to contract. Your body tenses, your heart closes, and you disconnect from steady, even breathing. Maybe you become their mirror. In an instant you are just as angry, judgmental, crabby, and unconscious. Wow!

2012 is the year of great revelations. The truth will be unveiled. Are you ready?

This is already occurring on a massive scale. Take a look at the news. Wherever deception has existed, it is now being exposed. Ulterior motives, hidden agendas, and sinister intentions are going public. Not necessarily peacefully or by choice. Instead, lies and disturbing behaviors by the “higher-ups” are becoming more outrageous and ridiculous, spawning a collective “are you serious?” vibe. As a result, together, we are refusing to submit or to be taken for fools any longer.

I took a yoga class the other day and about half way through class the flood-gates opened. Idea after idea, plans, details, answers, ahh-yes, answers galore came rushing in.
